Blue Coyote Grill - Reservar uma mesa

We visited the restaurant when a guest we were hosting wanted Mexican food, and our favorite Mexican restaurant was closed (a Sunday). The restaurant was busy, but the waitstaff was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. None of us finished our meals. Our guest commented that we should ask for a to-go box so that we did not leave all of our meal uneaten and insult the cook. We did, but did not eat the leftovers. So disappointing. No comparison to our favorite Mexican restaurant.

Very nice place. Dog friendly. We stopped on the way from Phoenix to California. Super nice and speedy service. Options for non meat eaters potato tacos, salads and steamed vegetables. My husband got chicken fajitas and it was definitely shareable. Everyone seemed to be drinking pitchers of margaritas so I have a feeling they are good. The outside patio is really big and shady.

Fabulous food some American classics with a twist the Brisket was amazing! So much choice something for everyone. Margaritas absolutely awesome. It gets busy so make a reservation. Lovely surroundings, knowledgeable attentive staff. Food served quickly fresh and hot. The best in Palm Springs.

my wife and I had a fabulous dinner. we get a lot of tex-mex to house, and blue coyote offers the standards (tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas) but also several more interesting, unique dishes. we asked the waiting staff to recommend and were very satisfied.

very slow service. it took an hour until our food came to our table. the waitress did not come back to check us or our food. will not be back.
