"I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. Tried a new dish, the Mexican iron frit, and it was really good. Paired it with a large cold mule."

The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and a variety of seating options available. I ordered the Fiesta salad with grilled chicken which was fresh and delicious, with a generous portion size. The guacamole was also fresh and flavorful. I have also tried their fish tacos in the past and would highly recommend them. Pairing the tacos with their amazing chips and margaritas is a great choice. The only drawback is that the premium margaritas are now $15 each.

Blue Moon is currently undergoing a transition, having been recently acquired by the nearby Akai Lounge. The restaurant's decor is being updated and the menu will soon feature a fusion of Mexican and Japanese cuisine. It remains to be seen how this new direction will be received.
