Blue Sushi Sake Grill

My company used this restaurant for a holiday party location and Blue Sushi did not disappoint. I've dined here on my own as well. Great atmosphere with a modern setting. The Tuna Tower was excellent and surprisingly filling. The sake selection is nice. The low couch-style seating is a fun alternative to a table setting. I recommend this place if you're looking for a quality sushi restaurant.

AMAZING!!! The vegan roll selection is the BEST I've ever had! The rolls were creative and absolutely delicious!!! ? I wish I lived closer so I could treat myself every week. This is a must stop for any vegan! ?Props to the chef, the staff, and the Flagship Restaurant Group for a truly divine dining experience!!! Thank you!!! ??‍ ??

We been here a few times, it was always great service with great food. Not today, we got terrible service and great food. The waitress came twice, once to take the order and the last to drop off the food. My kids wanted to order more food and dessert, we waited 15 minutes. I got up and found a random waitress and cashed us!

we all chipped as a team and picked up a huge order for lunch. blue has made a great job to keep all custom items straight. everything was perfect and punctual. I have the hotel cali roll, this is great! and the sweet chili diving sauce makes it just better.

I was in an early sup with my son in happy hour. server was polite and attentive. sushi was delicious as usual.
