First time dining here and I was very impressed! The service was amazing! Food came freshly prepared and fast. I'm new in the city and I love the location, the Exchange District. The building has a lot of charm but the ambience/decor is unexciting. We ordered: Cajun Seared Salmon Sashimi , $19. 9/10 Salmon Sashimi, $18. 10/10! Spicy Ben Roll, $14.5. 10/10! Red Dragon Roll, $14. 8/10 Lobster Roll, $16. 9/10 A little pricey but the quality of food was incredible! Highly recommended and will be back for sure.

Blu Fish has given me and my wife the most consistent positive experiences for dinners out. Sushi is always fresh, tasty and high quality. Service is consistently exceptional. Definitely our favorite sushi spot in Winnipeg!

The restaurant staff is so aware of the needs of their customers when it comes to Celiac Disease. The staff actually discussed my food choices and next time I will be comfortable ordering from a large range of food.

A must have is absolutely the BluFish Scallops. So delicious I could have ordered two servings! The staff is very friendly and our food was ready very fast. Great experience!
