Bob's Burgers Brew

Bob 's used to be our go-to burger option. In the past couple of months, though, shrinkflation has hit them like a garbage truck at full speed. The burgers are noticeably smaller (the menu still claims they 're 6oz, which I highly doubt is still true) and the overall quality has dropped. That 's not to say they 're bad, they 're just disappointing given the previous quality and the $20 price tag. Sides have gotten cheaper and more bland, and for some weird reason most of the burgers have havarti cheese in places where you 'd normally use swiss and ends up tasting like nothing at all. Longtime Bob's patron. First time trying this location and wow so disappointing. While the building is beautiful, having to walk past the giant pile of garbage spilling out of the dumpster area was off putting. We felt like we were inconveniencing the wait staff before we were even sat. Traditional wait times were kinda disregarded (even the busser offered assistance when they noticed our table lacking basic necessities) I did several years of food service and it was hard to find excuses for the overall poor experience. Food wasn't worth the price. So bummed. If you want the true Bob's experience, head down to Burlington or Marysville! Edited to add, always loved their calamari but this time...

I ordered the Hawaiian burger and it was absolutely delicious! It was quite a monster though, so be prepared for that.

The burgers are bomb and the wraps are too. Drinks are amazingly great ?. Will definitely be back!
