Bob's Steak Chop House Plano

Wonderful staff, Brennen was our waitress, very warm and charming and quite knowledgeable.  Steak was absolutely fantastic.  Had the bone-in rib-eye and it was done perfect.  Word of advice, use the Valet service, parking in that area is a bit of a bother.  I am dinging Bob's 1/2 point for two reasons.  First, the back room is quite cold.  Two, the front corner of the room is a bit crowded and my date found herself on the receiving end of that tables waitstaff on more than one occasion.

Wonderful Evening!. We dined at the Bob's in Plano last week and had such a wonderful experience! Everyone was so pleasant but our server, Bonnie, was such a star. This was our first visit and she was very helpful from picking apps to the wine. Perfect steaks, perfect sides and perfect evening. We will be back and have recommended Bob's to our friends.

Having done Bob 's in the Omni first, I have to say this one was a bit of a disappointment. As expected, the food was good, their service good and the atmosphere pleasant. But the 'zing ' just isn 't there for the major coin you have to drop for the privilege of eating here. <br/ <br/ High dollar food with a mid dollar experience.

Outstanding. Filet was cooked perfect, sides were excellent, the bread loaf was warm and delicious, the martini was superb, and the bar tender made the experience very personable and over the top. Any negative review is 'BS '.

Some friends and I had dinner on New Years Eve and the food was great. Prime Ribeye, crab cakes, and fried oysters.
