Example 1 announced: roast octopus, small vegetables and its virgin sauce; received: cooked octopus in the oven without grease, so not roasted and so hyper dry, small steamed vegetables without sauce. Example 2 announced: small parsillad seiches; received: whites of seiche returned with thyme (no report) willing to go quickly without presentation. Excellent restaurant à l'hôtel Mercure, Bastia Biguglia. Menu clair et recommandations du jour. Bonne sélection de vins et aussi desserts très délicieux. Serveuses très sympathiques et compétentes. Excellent restaurant! Home and quality service, smile and PRO. On the kitchen side, we ate 3 nights and are not disappointed, both in their suggestions and in their à la carte dishes. Very good selection of wines. Everything was perfect, thank you!!!
