Boccaccia - Reservar uma mesa

We had a reservation but when we arrived at the restaurant, it took about 5 minutes for them to confirm our presence. When they finally approached us and asked for our name, the lady said she didn't have it written down and asked us to wait for a moment while she found us a table. We noticed that there were only three people seated in an otherwise empty dining room. After waiting for about 10 minutes without any communication or attention from the staff, we decided to go somewhere else. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the food as we never had the chance to try it, but the service left us disappointed.

Food is pretty good, but the service is inexpensive. We were the first customers in, but the waitress just came to our table three times. When I asked about a dessert court, she said that she thought it was for the day, but did not go back to find a certain answer. Then when I gave her my card for the bill, she talked to her coworker, drank her personal drink and waited for another table before she finally ran my card. Overall, it is worth finding another place to dine when you take care of the service.

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, and last night Boccaccia became my favorite restaurant. There is no authentic Italian in the area. The service was the best I had anywhere. The owner went to the table, inviting and talking to guest. You just don't get that kind of experience in restaurants anymore. Make a reservation and go to this restaurant; You won't regret it.

This restaurant has a cozy vibe and very friendly staff. I had veal for the first time in years and it was amazing!!!! I literally cleaned my plate because everything was so good. Their bruschetta and pasta was also very tasty. Not to expensive either so highly recommend.

A dinner in Boccaccio. It is smaller, so I propose to make reservations. We had no problem the same day. The lasagna is amazing and sold. Our services were so helpful.
