Yesterday, our reservation, which we had made by phone about 5 weeks ago, was cancelled by phone! The date for 12!!! People should be in 14 days. It would have been forgotten that a closed company was booked there and that is only now after that time? Our assumption is that this closed society was accepted only later. We ran into a restaurant on our way in. Actually, they were full, but we were allowed to take a table. We could only use an hour off the table. Because we were hungry anyway. Ordered immediately. Table dish for two people. Unfortunately, we had to wait half an hour for us to eat so we'll only be gone for half an hour. The people who had reserved came in 20 minutes earlier and looked at us over the table. Too bad, 'cause the food was really good.
I was at the Eifelsteig and in the evening looking for a not so touristic place. In the Bodega I was warmly welcome and very nicely served. The tapa manufacturer was very extensive and delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was appealing and seemingly many locals visited the restaurant. Also as a single guest I was very welcome (not everywhere so). The price-performance ratio was suitable.
In this relatively small place to find such a good bodega, I had not expected. We were here with five people (all experienced Spain holidaymakers) and had very different tapas. We agreed that everyone was very tasty. Although I do not belong to the group cheaply and abundantly, I would like to say that the portions for the price were really very good.
