overpriced food with a terrible wait! I was here twice, and I wait every time. Came here before 5:00 and it was waiting 30 minutes. Came here at 610 and it was a 90-minute waiting time. No good place for groups. The outside heating is not warm enough. The service was nothing to rave. Milk tea was average and expensive. I'm not going back here, even if my friends want to come here. This is not really a hotpot place, but a place that has soup bowls that can be kept warm with a fire underneath. The place only allows a credit card. The single hot pots here make it a must for all fans of Chinese cuisine. At this point, it's one of my favorite restaurants, enough that I go almost every week. There are many options and what you get is absolutely filled with ingredients. I recommend the appetizers like spicy tofu, and fog or Korean hot pot most. Just know that this is a very popular place in a small room, so much luck getting a table during the top hours.

This was the first time I tried Hotpot in Boiling Point. I haven't had much experience trying the hotpot, so it wasn't easy for me to handle and eat the heat. Sometimes it felt overwhelming, the heat and the Spicyness. But when the flame went out, I had peace. I ordered the creamy soup. I loved the soup, it was really delicious. But I think it was too much for a person to eat. A new and different experience.

Always like small hot pots, but the price are not competitive with the same type of restaurant, even the soup are definitely not something nice, and the service are simply bad. The environment is also not beautiful. I ordered a dessert that I thought they were made like at home, but actually it's from other shops, why I want to pay for it instead of getting out of the store?

The food was ?sooooo good! There was so many things in the bowl I didn?t know what to eat first? small eat in area but it?s so worth it!!Oh and it LITERALLY CAME OUT IN 3min or less!! That?s right!! Faster than fast food!! But way healthier option! You can?t go wrong
