Boiling Szechuan Hotpot

THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE GARBAGE. Waited on the yelp waitlist for 1.5 hours and realized they didn't even bother using it, stuck 6th in line for the entire 90 minutes and eventually realized they're too stupid to work the software. THEN WHY OFFER YELP WAITLIST?! Saw a few other customers react the same way, pissed off when they realized they don't give a s about the wait list. This place nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING. 99 CENT FOR SAUCE PER PERSON?! Check. $15 for soup base? Check. $9 for watermelon juice? Check. NO APOLOGY FOR MAKING YOU WAIT FOR 90 FOR NO REASON? CHECK. Have waiters talk s about you in mandarin while you eat and think you don't understand? CHECK. this place needs to clo...

Such an authentic Szechuan hotpot spot! Just one thing if you plan to go there abd try, consider call them one day in advance to order the bear butter. It's not just cute, but soup flavor for that is very yummy too! Of course you gotta be able to handle spicy.

Love it, this is one of my favourite hotpot places in the whole SF Bay Area!! Soup is so good. Better than 刘一手 in my opinion. My other personal favorite is 锦里缘 at South Bay.

Good ingredients for hot pot and bbq. The spicy beef bbq was so good. Fresh ingredients. Very friendly.
