Boise Fry Company - Reservar uma mesa

Came in 7:00 Sunday night.. Put in order with a very un helpful associate. No body else was in there when we arrived. The fry sauce counter was a total mess with empty containers all over , salt, and fry sauce . Several of the big containers were empty. A women arrived after us asked if the containers could be filled, The orange haired girl filled her cups from the fry area. Went to get our order they had forgotten the fries. I ordered the classic With out a bun there were no tomatoes.. Went back and the girl with orange hair said they were out. Why wasn’t that discussed when I ordered it? Trying to reach staff… management.. owners??! Anyone! We are looking to support a local business with catering a 80 person event once a month in the spring/summer months roughly about 8 months of the year. Could be a annually contract. I’ve tried this locations phone number and many others, when I went inside this location was told there was no manager on site… will try somewhere else local, I’m not even sure BFC could cater something this large.. not sure.. very hard to get in contact with someone that can help.

Place is dirty! Walked the whole restaurant and there wast a clean table in the house. Also the menu needs better description. I ordered onions on my burger and they turned out to be pickled onions which ruined the whole flavor. The fries were way over done! Really hard and bitter! Payed 35$ for 2 burgers w/fries and drink and ended up throwing most of it out.

My favorite burger place!!! Food is amazing, fresh, and local! I love coming here to celebrate milestones, birthdays, or just for dinner! I’ve brought both my parents and my husband’s entire immediate family when they were out here to visit! Thank you for being so awesome!!!!
