Bojangles - Reservar uma mesa

Going downhill for sure, takes way too long for ?fast food?. I?m aware it could be staffing issues. However staffing is no excuse for poor hygiene inside a restaurant. This was around 3pm on a weekday. Sticky, nasty floors in the front and in the restroom. Oh and the drive thru was closed again.

Just came from this location with an online order. They gave us hours old biscuits and chicken and burnt bo rounds. Forgot the cheese for my biscuit too. Had no eggs or macaroni and cheese. We ordered a half gallon of tea and didn't get that either. I won't be returning to this location.

The last two times I drove thru, my chicken pliers were very small and dried. There is only one paycheck and don't worry about the food served. Definitely Bojangles gives a bad name. Also the main article, the cookie, was not in box. Never again will I eat at Bojangles!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. EVERY time I come here the food is never fresh. Fries were so hard I couldn't eat them and it wasn't full. It's a shame this place is the closest to my job. DONT SERVE PEOPLE SOMETHING YOU WOULDNT EAT!!

Nasty, dirty, Disgusting, and more!! Roaches in the bread machine. Food is rewarmed and not fresh. Grease and trash all over the place. Filthy bathroom and rude service. Definitely deserves a negative 0 stars.
