Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

July 2024: Every time you come here bad customer service. Slow service and/or long wait. Old and/or cold food. The worst bojangles and that 's lower than low. Waste my break every time I come here. Food is not worth it and not even fresh. You need new staff. 15-20 minute wait. May 2024: No customer service, bad customer service. All the employees are at the drive thru window flirting with someone in the drive thru, ignoring your customer waiting at the counter. Saw me and didn 't care. You lost business. 5 min I left. No one is inside. Prices High anyway. Need to retrain staff.

Heading to the airport, stopped to use the restrooms and grab a snack for the plane. The staff was incredible, so helpful and nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Wish we had Bojangles in the Midwest! I highly recommend this place!

Just went thru the drive thru this morning. The lady literally laughed because she “couldn’t understand me.” Incredibly rude. Didn’t say a word when I went to the window to pay. So rude.

Food was ready when I arrived. Ordered online. Hot and Fresh,no old fries and nice buttery biscuits.
