Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I had been eager to try dining at Bojangles for a while, so when I was in the southeastern US, I decided to visit this particular location. Unfortunately, they were out of Mac and Cheese and coleslaw. Additionally, my wife was unable to change her side dish after the order was placed and before payment. The food we eventually received was tasty, but the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lacking due to the limited menu items and long wait times. Locals informed me that other Bojangles locations are not like this one, and this specific establishment should perhaps reconsider its operation. I am giving it two stars solely because the food we received was enjoyable and served hot.

The best part of my experience at the restaurant was the friendly cashier. I ordered the 12 piece chicken Supreme, but the cashier had trouble finding it on the register. She had to ask her manager for help, who seemed annoyed with her. I also ordered an 8 piece chicken with biscuits. I have never had such poor service at a Bojangles before. When I got home, the 8 piece chicken was awful tasting and looked unappetizing. I will not be visiting this chain again. It was a disappointing experience overall. Maybe it was just a bad day for the kitchen staff.

The service at this restaurant was subpar. We waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes for just one meal. One of the tenders had a completely different breading and color from the rest, and the fries were cold and soggy. We had to request our soda and dipping sauce, and it felt like an inconvenience to the staff when we placed our order. The biscuits were tasty and some of the chicken was good, but overall, I would not return to this establishment.

This Bojangles is fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I brought my grandparents, who had never been to a Bojangles before, and they loved the food. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that they asked to come back later in the evening.

I adore this restaurant! The service is consistently excellent, and the food is always delicious.
