I wish the food and service matched the impressive marketing efforts of this restaurant. I made the mistake of not checking reviews, swayed by their enticing ads. On a cold night, I placed an online delivery order right when they opened and paid over £30 in full. An hour past the expected delivery time, nothing arrived. When I called, I was informed they don't deliver to my address but were trying to find a solution. Despite paying for delivery, I decided to drive and pick up my order, only to find a crowd inside (not ideal during Covid) and a long wait as my order wasn't ready. We placed an order at 5pm through Just Eat and selected a delivery time of 6.30pm. However, 6.30pm passed and the delivery did not arrive. After calling Bombay Curry House at 6.45pm, I was informed that the food was on its way. It finally arrived just after 7pm, despite living only 2 minutes away by car. Unfortunately, the starter was missing. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the restaurant, we were unable to resolve the issue. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering that the food we did receive was delicious. The lack of customer service tarnished our overall impression, and we will not be ordering from them again unless they make amends for their poo...

I placed an order on Just Eat at 6:58 pm. I was informed at 8:22 pm that my order was on its way. Around 9:10 pm, I contacted them to inquire about the delivery, and they apologized. The person on the phone said they would cook my order fresh and deliver it themselves. At 9:46 pm, I called back to ask if it was on its way, as we only live a 5-minute drive away. At 10:02 pm, I had to call back again. The food finally arrived about 5 minutes later. I was so frustrated I was ready for bed after waiting for 3 hours. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I went to this restaurant for the first time and had a really nice experience. I tried two different curries and the Tikka starters, all of which had a fresh taste, good portion sizes, and high quality ingredients. The only criticism I have is that the naan bread was a little dry, but still very tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a beautiful dining experience. The customer service was also excellent.
