Bondi Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

QR code ordering failed at the last hurdle, eventually ordered the analog way and sat back waiting for my glass of red. Eventually turned up but was small and not the large as ordered. Pizza arrived and was rather disappointing, not bad but certainly didn’t suffer from too much luv in the kitchen. My wine eventually returned when I was well into the pizza, so a bit of a fail on the service front unfortunately.

We ordered the longboard where you receive 3 pizzas of your choice. Our order was wrong when delivered but as we were in a little bit of a hurry we accepted that. The pizza was tasty but on the small side. My biggest issue is the app that you have to use to order. There is a charge to use the app that I disagree with a tip is included, why when you are not being served.

I went there for Fathers Day lunch with my 2 young daughters. As you could imagine they were very busy, not only did they find us a table, as we turned up without a booking, but the service was awesome. The service staff were very well trained and very attentive. The food was also very nice, with good options for children.

Very adequate for a fairly quick and reasonable Italian feed. Shared a pizza and salad with drinks, and we were satisfied with the food and service. A little noisy and not as cheap as it should be, but OK.

The customer service is unbelievably terrible, they make us order online and make us work to get out food, there isn’t enough workers and it has taken us 10 minutes to get a workers attention
