Bonfire - Reservar uma mesa

This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant. To be fair the food is average, prices are reasonable. The customer service is beyond words and care factor of staff is zero. They charge for water which is bottled and don't provide tap water. Unless you specify you don't want the water they will charge. It is Coles brand water which is 99 cents at Coles and hey charge 1.50Definitely worth giving this place a miss

This is for Berwick branch !! Please hire atleast 2 staff for front of house. Your food is amazing and unique but customer service is zero. That boy was trying his best but he can't cope up if the place gets busy. You can improve the restaurant by only hiring people at front. Your food is astonishing. Will be back but would love to see more people on the floor. Just a advice.

We bought take away from this restaurant, it serves Pakistani cuisine, although the I Mage the order early it took a bit of time to deliver. The restaurant is not up to class, dark and dirty however the Dodd was tasty and thank god it was takeaway.

I ordered nihari but when i reached home and start eating it was not Nihari It was simple cooked meat with nihari spices and meat was not fully cooked seem like a rubber. Trust me i didnt even took a bite and throw it away.

Ordered takeaway 20 mins ago but end up waiting another 20 mins, it's ridiculous. Staff there doesn't care and run Luke headless chicken.
