They forgot part of our order and I don't enjoy how I was treated. When I came back to tell them that half the bread of the land we ordered was missing, knew that other people were in the line, I asked politely whether they wanted me to be outside or now wanted to deal with it. A young woman came from the back of the store and spoke to me in a loud voice with an aggressive sound, when did you order? I said about 20 minutes ago. Then she said they ran out of the sandwich and asked me to come back tomorrow without excuses or any effort to work things for me. I said we'd just visit each other and don't come back tomorrow. The pastries are amazing! I was here for coffee in the morning and enjoyed everything I've tried so far. Usually a line will be warned when you plan to take a coffee and run! I would come here more often if they had a way to allow customers who only get a coffee or just know what they want to get faster through the line. I applauded the staff who wait patiently while someone takes a whole twelve minutes to order two drinks and two pastries, but it is a collective waste of time when it builds a line in front of the door. I wish I could give bootjack 5 stars as they can?t really choose their clientele, but I?ve left the line twice thinking that this would be an efficiency problem.

We basically live on this bread! It's sooo good! Monday morning after breakfast I grind 4-5 tomatoes, pour them into a saucepan, drizzle olive oil everywhere over it, add crushed garlic, sea salt and chopped basil, put the heat to low, and by the snack time at 10:00 it has turned into a delicious spread that we on thick slices roasted bootjack bread. There's no better snack.

Excellent pizza and an excellent beet salad. I tried the market special pizza once which had bacon and asparagus, and then the sausage pizza the second time. Both were cooked perfectly. Delicious crust. Way to go guys.
