Unfortunately, quality has deteriorated considerably in recent years : We have been going to Borkum for many years and have been regular guests in the teahouse. This time the pancakes have unfortunately changed into a rubber plate floating in fat. Only the rustic ambience and the selection of tea would be a reason to return there friendliness was not a special strength of the staff. Unfortunately, for me no more recommendation.

The tea is grottenschlecht, Ostfriesentee without taste. The cake, beard cheesecake and apple cake came from the retort. The ambience did not correspond to Grandmas Teestube!

Grandmas tea room is an absolute must for every Borkum visit. The wind sacks are the highlight and the Ostfriesentee. Who is not happy here is not to help.
