Boston Market - Reservar uma mesa

This place used to be amazing and consistent. I love Boston Market and sometimes go every week especially for specials. Ive had a few chickens that were not cooked thoroughly. Done but barely done and not tender. Many times the redskins are hard as in not cooked. Dont serve them if they are not ready!! The service is so slow lately its an ordeal just to get an order and not wait forever even when online. I go to pick up and they dont answer the phone to carry out so I end up in line which is usually another 10-15 minutes if there is more than 2 cars. Maybe they are short staffed. I dont know. The service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff is extremely rude and appears to lack education and manners. While the food is decent, the overall experience of dining here is not worth the trouble. I will not be coming back to this location.

fast service bad product, get 1/4 dark, tried to call location no answer twice. that was the most dry huh I ever had on a Boston market, I will not return to this place. vegetarian options: no available

Please avoid this restaurant. It is overpriced and the portions are small. The potatoes were undercooked. My child, who has a sweet tooth, didn't enjoy the meal and ended up eating at home afterwards.

I should have trusted my gut and not eaten here. The meatloaf tasted like dog food and the mac and cheese was overcooked and bland. The service was poor and everything seemed old and reheated.
