Boston Market - Reservar uma mesa

Thank you for ruining Christmas Eve dinner for my family and I. I ordered a week ahead, got confirmation number. I pull up for my pickup time at 5:45pm (They closed at 7pm for Christmas Eve) to find all doors closed. I looked inside, an employee comes and asks what I need. I said I have a pickup order. She walks away, a young lady in a bonnet. Comes back, and asks for the name. I tell her my name. She walks away again. She comes back. Tells me to go through the drive through, I say okay. I go through the drive thru, a young man asks me what I need. I tell him, I need my pickup order please, here is the confirmation number. I wait again. Then, the manager comes. It has been a number of years since I have been in a Boston Market and have fond memories of quality and selection. Things have changed. Went to get a few items based on a discount from an app I installed and was shocked at how sad the restaurant and selection were. The windows dirty and some permanently fogged up. Many of the lights inside were out. Large unassembled cardboard boxes in corner (purpose unknown) Could not tell where the chicken was coming from but could not see any being cooked. Sides appeared to have been out awhile. The employees seemed low energy(can't blame them), were not wearing a uniform or plastic servicing gloves. The parking lot was empty. Went in a couple hours ago wanted to buy a family size stuffing for a work event and they had just brought out a full pan of it for the display and I said cool I’ll take all of that. Man behind the counter says no we can’t. I said why. He said then we won’t have any for display. I said OK so you go back there and make more that’s how a kitchen works. He said no. They Missed out on a sale because he simply didn’t want to have to go back there and make more. This is DURING lunch time too. Very disappointed. Laziness

I haven’t been to this location in a few years, so I stopped in, and the food looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for a few days. I thought it looked bad, but I was in a hurry and I thought it may be the lighting, but it was horrible! It wasn’t even warm. I don’t know what happened to this place, but it’s a dirty, nasty place now.

This store canceled my Ubereats order for no reason minutes after I ordered. (when I ordered at 6:15pm) This store is open until 10pm. My family and I are home sick with the flu and now we’re out $30 until it gets refunded. Have the day you deserve, Boston Market.
