my experience with this special restaurant was less than stellar. I came on a Wednesday night and was immediately informed by a worker that there was a 25-minute waiting for huh. I thought Rotisserie chicken would be boston markets brot and butter. I don't think I have to wait 25 minutes for a menu item that is in the ground this franchise?s star of the show?. when the huh was finally finished, I put my order and was told that the middle size does not have lids. I decided to grow up. would I? So sad that this place went down the drain. Sometimes it's open again. Very disorganized, according to several people in administration (they have changed a lot of managers) the company is not at all concerned. Many times I would give up an order and they would say that they were meat or chicken. Filing complaints on their company website is not done. Only those who responded were the different managers and they would offer me discount or a supplemental meal that I never used. It's such a shame that I've been eating on the Boston market for over 20 years, always loved as they offer healthy options and fast. Very disappointed by the company over all.

I picked up food here for Easter and our potatoes looked questionable when I told you that would be potatoes, do you believe me? Because they say they're potatoes. Not acceptable. My toddler could do something better than that slip. He took everything right away. Avoid the plague! Always fresh?

the staff was very friendly. they were from a lot of things, ketchup and many of the drinks. some of the worst boston market meat flakes I ate. the lady bath has many fleee black mold. I get that leaks happen, but letting it come to this point is disgusting and obscene.

I've eaten plenty of prime ribs that are good, BUT, Boston Market's Prime Rib is giving them a run ???? for their money! It's very good, You'll, very good ???
