Boston Market - Reservar mesa

Just the fact that the restaurant got my order and after a carrier “supposedly had my delivery” the food was still at the restaurant because nobody had pick up my delivery and i find out because I called the restaurant. That it’s not fear and it’s very frustrating, when you waiting for a delivery and 40mins after the system text to communicate that your order was cancel. Very disappointed with the service today. Matter fact the system shouldn’t accept the order in first place and I would it order through another third party.

This is my second time visiting this restaurant and I had a negative experience again. I ordered a soda and it was not included in my bag. When I called to inform them, the employee named Paschal told me that I should have checked my bag. I was taken aback by this response as I didn't realize I had to pay for my food and then monitor how it was packed. It is not right to charge a customer for an item and then not provide it. This feels like theft on the part of Boston Market.

My experience was awful, especially regarding the young lady at the cash register. I asked her politely if they had the regular size item, to which she rudely replied that they only had the large size. However, I later found out online that they do offer the regular size for ordering. It's disappointing that they would lie about their menu options. Ultimately, the manager should not hire employees with a negative attitude to work in customer-facing positions.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious when I pick it up. However, I would appreciate it if the staff could be a bit more efficient and polite to customers. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service should always be a priority. It's important to be nice and have a smile when interacting with customers. Reserve uma mesa agora

Pretty much overpriced prison food. Why would i pay $14 for half a rotisserie chicken and you can get 3 for the same price. The chicken is nothing special and its most of the times dry. The sauce on the chicken that is actually good they charge $17 for half a chicken. Plus idk why this location rips off the coupons on the receipt

the food was good, but I could have been better, the chicken was a bit dry, and the cash gave me only a part of the cream, spinat and marshmallow sweet potato. I think Boston market really tries to save money by giving people a part of their side!!!

ahh fleischtau and huh. always a fan of boston market. sad to see that they only make the stuffing seasonal now, some people like it all year round? ... as always a pleasure to grab some bm.

second time, the first time was not unhappy, I said to myself ok letting me go again maybe it's better that all hard-hooking is cold very annoyed maisbrot is the worst Reserve uma mesa agora

Quick service, friendly staff. Called for a large tray of a side order and they were able to get it ready in 15 minutes. Good go to spot for a meal or catering.

It's more of a 4.5 because everything was good but the corn bread. They threw in a $3 off coupon
