Boston Pizza - Reservar mesa

We've visited a couple of times now and had the same server each time. She's was a nice and attenive young girl who remembered us from a previous visit. She asked us questions relating to our previous chat on our last visit. It was nice that she remebered us as she must see many customers come through the resturant. The location is easy to get to with ample parking located next to lots of main chain stores and a small mall. We have only eaten off the $10 lunch menu which I think is good value. I find the rest of thier menu to pricey for what you get. The pizza for one is fairly small and I dont eat huge portions, however it was very delicious. We live out of town so were really looking froward to a great BP meal… excited to earn tat PAsta Night was on all January so I ordered my favourite: BP Lasagna … well, it was a huge letdown! Apparently, the sauce in this dish has beef in it… i could probably count the bits of beef??? The sauce tasted like it was tomato soup with a touch of paste to thicken it… what happened to BP lasagna ??? Would not recommend this dish…with many other places to eat in Cranbrook, maybe it’s time to go somewhere else. So very sad…someplace that is supposed to be “solid place to eat” is no longer true…

We got takeout, it was ready within 10 minutes, $17 dollars for something we could have bought frozen for 5$ and warmed up. That's exactly what our pasta tasted like. It was cold and mushrooms were old and taste rotten. I wont be buying pasta here again and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. It's not the first time I have had a bad experience and thought this time would be better. When I called the restaraunt the lady said there was nothing they could do for us. On a positive note, their appetizers are wonderful

It took 12 minutes to be seated. 19 minutes later after physically blocking a waitress from passing, we placed our drink orders. They arrived 9 minutes later and we placed our food order. After over one hour from arrival we left some money on the table for our two drinks and left. At no time did any staff say there was a delay or I am sorry we are busy or any communication whatsoever as to what was going on. We went over to Dennys and had a really nice dinner served by friendly staff and quite quickly. Reserve uma mesa agora

We are from Panorama- so our boys are always happy when they can eat something other than my cooking. We were advised that it was busy and our food could be delayed. Our waitress Freedom was very pleasant and provided GREAT service. Food was what you expect from Boston Pizza.

I don’t think anyone is expecting greatness when going to Boston Pizza. Only reason my boyfriend and I keep going back is to see our favorite servers (Sharron and Katie). It’s a good atmosphere for going to get drinks but I would steer clear from their food

We were driving through Cranbrrok and decided take out was a great idea. We ordered lasagna and pizza. Both orders were huge and we could have shared the pizza but we didn't. Generally a good meal and a great server.

It wasn't too busy when I was there. They had a lot of staff and were very quick. I normally don't eat at BP, but tried the Mediterranean wrap. Once I took out the olives it was okay. Reserve uma mesa agora

Stopped for a late night snack and beer. Obviously a chain but service was good and friendly. Kids allowed in lounge which was better or watching sports.

Very Disappointed they got rid of $10 meal deals for lunch! But food and service is really good. Love their quesadilla and ceasar salad
