Boston Pizza Co - Reservar uma mesa

We ordered a pizza and chicken fingers. 1 hour later, we still had not received our order. I called and spoke to someone and was told that it was a busy night and the driver was out with our order and would be there soon. 1 hour later, and the order was still not here. I called and canceled the order. The person who answered didn't even apologize for the delay.I ordered a pizza from another place...20 minutes later we had our pizza.Update: Upon returning to my home, the pizza was delivered. I spoke to the driver who happened to be the owner. He did apologize profusely for the delay. He was obviously very stressed so I cut him some slack...but he should have left me the pizza anyway

You might think this is a generated positive review. It's not. Went there in the summer of 2020 (just passing through the area). Got a small cheese pizza. Paid and left with my take out. After eating the first slice I called them up and said I don't know WHAT you're doing over there, but that is the best FVVVVKING PIZZA I've had in ten years!!!! Maybe I was just really hungry, but it was super tasty and fresh. I still think about that pizza, sitting here in 2021. The Boston Pizza Co is about 50 minutes away from me in a very wrong direction, but I wish them well even though I probably won't return. ???

I have not had a bad meal out of this restaurant the pizza is one of the best close to a Boston Metro
