Beef dips are my absolute favorite, and I try them at every place I visit. This time, I decided to order their Big Dipper. Unfortunately, it was take-out, or else I would have sent it back right away. It was honestly terrible – the worst I've ever had. The bun was so hard and spongy that I had to literally tear it apart just to take a bite. The beef was extremely tough and mostly gristle, making it impossible to bite or chew. There was barely any meat on the sandwich, and the little that there was, was inedible. I ordered takeout from the Devon BP location around noon today for the first time, and it will definitely be my last. The takeout cashier, who seemed to be the manager, didn't acknowledge me at all. She didn't thank me or say a word when she handed me my bag of food, nor did she ask if I needed any utensils or napkins to eat my meal. Her rudeness and unfriendly demeanor were unwarranted, making me question whether the food had been handled properly or if it had even been tampered with. The bartenders and staff are really awesome. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality matches it. It's a vibrant spot, especially during playoff season. You can always count on having a great time at Boston Pizza!

We had a challenging experience tonight. Our drinks were frequently empty, they had run out of several ingredients and iced tea, and they mixed up our order. It's not usually like this, but tonight was disappointing.
