It will be our way to the current night place. The Ceviche reminds me why I love Ceviche first. The short ribs are unbelievable, the menu changes with their big cook taste and what is in the season. Plates are fresh and always creative. But here is the thing, the people, the ambience and the wine list are just as good if not better. The staff are cordial, welcoming and they remember you. They have worked hard to create a neighborhood square that offers everyone who likes delicious food and fantastic wine. Don't walk to Bota, if you see that a kubby crooked guy eat ceviche and drink a chi cha, then you are me.

This restaurant is always in place. We tried at least a dozen different plates here, all were delicious and perfectly prepared every time. There is a nice selection of dishes, cooking styles, proteins and a number of gluten-free items. Delicious and affordable wine map and homemade Sangrias, as well as a full bar and of course beer on tap. The staff is human, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The speed of the service seems to fit what each table needs. Delightful, can't wait to go back.

All we ordered deserves a 5-star rating. The sparkling white Sangria was amazing! Flatbread with figs and goat cheese, wow!, Calamari, the mussels with so soft cream sauce and dried mushrooms glancing tops it all. But then every dish was as well prepared as the other one, so we all finished. We'll be back.

I literally have no words to describe what an incredible job these people have done with this place. The food is amazing they really need an option to rate a chef ! The service is fantastic is a real pleasure to be here on New Years Eve.

The best place in Rockville for Tapas/Botanas/ Appetizers, the food is excellent, the menu is extended and good balance with options for everyone. The wine list is great, the service was simply amazing, definitely we come back.
