I recently witnessed in your store. While I was being served by one of your saleswomen, I witnessed a scene of harassment on the part of her manager. The latter criticized the saleswoman for her numerous sick leave in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner, while completely ignoring my experience as a customer. I would like to point out that the way in which this manager behaved is unacceptable and constitutes a form of of moral harassment. Accusing an employee of being sick is not only serious, but also shows a profound lack of consideration and empathy.
