It has the merit to exist, and given the enthusiasm of customers for this kind of establishment, and their number of points of sale that increases years after years, this method of sale responds to a true expectation of consumers (read available throughout the day, wide variety of bread, pastries, snacks, and very attractive prices) But we must be honest, we are closer to the industrial bakery than to the craftsmanship.
