The patisseries at this boulangerie are wonderful, but even better is the bread. There is such a wide choice loaves made with different flours, seeds and grains, including spelt for the gluten intolerant, in varying shapes and sizes. I love the pavé lochois which is what in Britain would be called a tin shaped white loaf ideal for the British palette and for sandwiches and for a change from the lovely baguettes (try the tradition), I bought bread and pastries for years from another boulangerie in Loches and I'm usually very loyal, but I've changed my allegiance to Laurent's now because it is just the best.
