Bourne Valley Inn - Reservar uma mesa

We had a wonderful lunch with friends today at the BVI. The food was great and the welcome was warm. The woodburner created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a cold autumn day. Despite being short-staffed, the manager handled the situation well and our service was not affected. The pie of the day was excellent, but the desserts exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend a visit to this restaurant. Thank you for a fantastic meal.

This restaurant is a pleasant setting for a Sunday lunch. The roast potatoes were inconsistent in quality. The cheese platter for dessert was underwhelming and overpriced for the small portion size. The staff were friendly and hospitable. I would rate the service a 3 out of 5 and the location a 4 out of 5. The highlight of the restaurant is its peaceful ambiance.

We only had lunch at this restaurant and had a terrible experience. The service was very poor and the dishes were unappetizing. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in 50 years. The location was the only redeeming quality, receiving a 5 out of 10.

The room was just okay, but it felt cold and a little damp. The ceramic tiled floor didn't help with the comfort level. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience. Overall rating: Rooms - 3, Service - 4, Location - 5.

The lunch was really great. We were able to find a large table that accommodated all of us, and the service was excellent, as usual.
