Boxcarr Handmade Cheese

My friend and I decided to celebrate Cheesemas for the past two years, and Boxcarr has been a big part of our spread. Their cheeses are amazing! 10/10! We tasted everything, split the rest and took it home to enjoy over the holidays. I 've been slowly enjoying about a dozen of their cheeses and they seem to get more delicious every day. The robiolas will somehow need to be a part of regular every day life. I don 't know how I will live without them when they 're gone. ? My friend said his favorite is Campo, and I can see why.
