very disappointing and inefficient customer service. I think the team member should be spoken to this thema. I went to the front counter to wait in the line to pay for my interest, behind only one person. After he paid for his things, I was next. Instead, the team member decided that all coffee orders are taken off at the same front counter, so that they are cut off before me and take an extremely long coffee order instead of paying me efficiently for my benzin, which takes less than 10 seconds with a simple hahn of the Eftpos machine. I have been using this metro for 2 years now everyday I would fill 80 dollars tank and get drinks and food and everyone knows me there not for once I have asked how much that is or that this girl served me she wears glasses I went for a pie whice was too expensive but didn’t care she charged me 2 dollars for two tomato souse whata rip off what a rip off I have never seen people charge for souse you guys are absolutely disgusting for charging people that

I wait outside in the night for like 15 minutes, this white old lady saw me standing there thrice and ignored then she left me and kept waiting for another 10 minutes I had three youngs served before me even tho I was the first in the line.

Owner of this petrol station has no sense to talk with people, the way of talking is very bad even with their staff and their customers as well .
