Had afternoon tea yesterday, lovely location, we were a table of 6. Only 2 other tables of 2 in the room. We ordered hot drinks for 5 and one cold drink. 3 got drinks came out with the cold one, then waited a good 10 minutes for the rest, so some people had finished there's before the others came out. Afternoon tea came out, lovely little starter tart, but we didn't get the fondant biscuit it said on the menu. The sandwiches were lovely, the scones were warm and fresh. The top layer though was a bit of a let down. Too many soft things, panna cotta, mousse, orange delice. All very sweet and a bit sickly. We all saved the macaron til last but it was not nice, dry, no chewiness, flavourless and...

A really lovely birthday treat. Staff were really friendly. The treatments lady Jade was superb and listened and explained everything to ensure I had a good experience given my health issues. Lunch was delicious. An overall fabulous day.

Stayed over night after a wedding, honestly such a beautiful setting and the hotel room was amazing, air con kept us cool all night and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Great staff, very friendly, helpful and super hospitable. Rooms very comfy and clean. Food and cocktails of the best quality. Would happily return.

Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds. Spacious, clean, airy rooms. Lovely staff, plenty of parking.
