Brass Bear Brewing Bistro

When our original wedding venue unexpectedly closed, we reached out to Seth, the owner, with just two months to spare, to see if they could accommodate 100 guests. I asked about rearranging things to fit our vision and texted him several times throughout the planning process; he was always quick to respond and incredibly supportive. On the day of the wedding, Seth and his wife Lindsey were there to assist us every step of the way with setup and teardown. The wait staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well-fed, had drinks in hand, and were enjoying ourselves. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality!

I visited this restaurant with a large group and it exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing—truly to die for! The service was top-notch, deserving of a five-star rating. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to attend to our needs. I had the pesto pasta and steak, both of which I wholeheartedly recommend. The holiday drinks were festive and enjoyable. The outdoor area had a fun atmosphere, perfect for relaxing, and it was great that the kids could play in a laid-back environment. I highly recommend this place!

The food and drinks at this place are amazing! We held our rehearsal dinner for our wedding here, and I have to say, it was by far the best customer service and group-friendly venue we found in Santa Barbara. Everyone praised the food, drinks, and atmosphere! The outdoor area was lively and spacious, perfect for a larger group. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. I can't express enough how fantastic Brass Bear is; we feel so lucky to have discovered it!

This restaurant has a lovely outdoor seating area with great cocktails and food choices! It's a little removed from the other breweries in the Funk Zone, which I appreciate because it makes for a quieter and cozier atmosphere. We went on a Thursday evening, so that might have contributed to the relaxed vibe. I also noticed they host comedy nights and other events regularly, so I definitely plan to check one of those out soon!

The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. The only drawbacks were that the food could take a bit longer to arrive, and it could get a bit bothersome if it gets windy.
