Brasserie 1901 Saint-mande

I had onion soup and french sausage. As a tourist I can 't say is it traditionally cooked but the taste is good and it 's exactly what I expected very different then any food I ate in my life. Soup is hardly recommended but sausage isn 't for anyone so don 't order if you are not ready for something else. About service, don 't be rude and don 't expect too much from those tired people. I don 't care if the staff forget their smile at home, they are not rude if they don 't entertain you.

This restaurant was amazing. The waiter spoke English and was able to accommodate our group of 8 and even split our checks as needed. The food was absolutely delicious and the sesame seed bun used was super soft and fresh.
