Avoid this place at all costs - the service was OK, but the food and wine was the worst I've ever had the misfortune to taste. We chose the house red wine which tasted like red wine vinegar - it was pale and thin and just the most revolting wine we've ever tasted. The smoked salmon was palid looking and chewy - it was an incredibly cheap cut of salmon probably from a sick fish. And the fillet steak was thin cut full of gristle which I couldn't eat so gave to my partner who stomach most meats and he didn't want to eat it either. Honestly, the quality of food at Harvester of Toby Carvery back home (not that I have ever eaten there) is likely to offer better quality cuts of meat and fish and wi...

This place is conveniently located in the St Priest area on outskirts of Troyes. It is right next to the Formule 1 hotel. The restaurant is spacious, clean and has contemporary decor. The service is on the money - friendly, polite and prompt. The menu is a bit limited - steak, burgers and salads in the main but the food is tasty and freshly prepared. The food and drink is expensive to my mind though - for example, burger and chips €15 and a pint of fraught beer €8.The local delicacy - andoulettes is on the menu but is an acquired taste. It is basically made up of pigs gizzards. Some might like it but it wasn't for me!Overall this place is a safe bet especially the house burger but I felt it wa...

The surroundings belie the quality of this eatery. The staff are charming and attentive, and the food is of very high quality. We both chose the menu du jour, and had mousse de fois de volatile, followed by trout with almonds in cream and a fruit crumble - all faultless. The price, including aperitif, wine and coffee for 2 people was 45.20 euros.

no ambiance, entree was very ok. although we clearly asked to leave us some time between entree and main course, we got our main course 5 minutes after the entree. they didn't really excuse themselves but laughed it off. main course (pave de boeuf ) was ok but poorly served... no salad and very little sauce.
