We have reserved outdoor spaces due to the beautiful weather. To our demand, whether we can go outside, there was only one no answer. We didn't explain where to find food and drinks. We followed the crowd. During the stay we were not even addressed whether we have any other wishes. e.g. water.

On weekends the kitchen is closed, so the reservation could not take place. Only after arrival in the restaurant I was informed that the reservation is invalid.
