A transfer from previous times: We have been to the Golden Angel in Ingelheim more often and have always been satisfied there. Unfortunately, we obviously had a bad day at our current visit. The place was rugged and we got, even though reserved for days before, only a table in the side room, which is actually intended for larger companies, and seemed rather lost there. Operation The young lady was kind, courteous and, despite the high-level business in the local area, tried to fulfil her tasks, which however did not succeed 100%. Das Brauhaus "Goldener Engel", ein unscheinbarer Betonbau, an dem man an Ortsunkundiger auch schon mal vorbeifährt, bevor man sein Ziel gefunden hat. Ganz anders das Interieur: Brauhausstil, so wie's sein soll. Rustikal-gemütliches Ambiente mit Blick auf die kupfernen Braukessel, ein großer Nebenraum für Veranstaltungen oder die Gäste, die im eigentlichen Brauhaus keinen Platz mehr finden und ein großzügiger Biergarten.Das erste Weißbier - zwei Züge, weg war's! Auch die anderen Biere sind von ausgezeichnerter Qualität, ebenso das Essen. Brauhaustypische Gerichte, schmackhaft zubereitet und von äußerst freundlichem Personal serviert. We wanted to finish our wedding day at the Golden Angel at a cozy dinner, but we can't find anything positive about the Golden Angel. Of course, it is possible to argue about taste, but neither my nor the food from my wife were according to the claims and we left the brewhouse after no half an hour without having eaten up. For us it was the first and last visit to the Golden Angel, yet wish the young team all the best for the future and a better still to be learned hand for the gastronomy.

Wir waren heute Abend im Biergarten ,hatten bestellt dann hat es leider angefangen zu regnen . Uns wurde der Zutritt ins Restaurant verwert , es wäre angeblich alles reserviert. Unser Essen kam es war kalt und nass geworden. Also ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen und werde auch jedem abraten dort hinzugehen . Sie hätten zu wenig Personal,wobei wir alles hatten es ging nur ums sitzen . Die Gäste die draußen saßen dürften drin Platz nehmen ,nur nicht die aus dem Biergarten . Reserve uma mesa agora

A bit high-priced but delicious, good selection and suitable for a brewhouse. Service friendly. We've been sitting outside, the chairs are a little uncomfortable in the long run!
