Bravo Peruvian Chicken

These places food is great, As always this my second time to come here, every visit was the worst as the first. Today, the gentlemen who run the cash register were very rude our food order, which we placed well in advance, was not ready as ever was not my main question, the guy in the register was also the food that my working group paid extra for sauces. This guy was rude and lazy he expected we didn't check the bag until after we left the restaurant. But I had problems here instead of going to the back and pouring new cups of sauce or telling us they were out and offering us a refund. I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to try this place on a whim and I was not dissapointed. I had the Lomo Saltado. The meat was juicy, tender and well seasoned. The fries were freshly made and the perfect consistency to absorb the sauce and it was all paired up with white rice as its traditional. The dish had the smoky flavor that is a must for a traditional lomo that comes from the flambé. The sauce was just a tiny bit more salty than I usually like but it was still delicious, and the consostency was almost like a glaze. The first time in Bravo. My wife and I came back from an appointment we had in Chantilly and didn't want to wait to eat home in Alexandria. We decided to give Bravo an attempt and it was worth it. Great authentic Peruvian food. Our Camila server was great. Very friendly and great customer service.

THE BEST RESTAURANT EVER!! OMG!! I live in Williamsburg Virginia and I came here for a concert and we stop by to eat Peruvian food, it was my first time and I can only say OMG!! Chef Guillermo and Mercedes they were THE BEST!! The food, the service and the drinks. Here some pictures?

Nice place. The bar is the best cool place. Also Bar Manager Antonio amazing drinks skills, amazing guest service, Margarita are the best, but over all drinks are MEGA amazing. Very recommended. Ask Antonio for something new or from the menu. The guy knows what he's doing.
