Brekkie Bowls Food Truck

I returned to Maui hoping to find a nutritious breakfast bowl, and I was pleased to discover that they are still in business. However, they are only open on Tuesdays at the Wailea Village Market. The owner is vegan-friendly and the dishes are deliciously nutritious. Just be aware that the bee pollen is not vegan. Overall, a fantastic way to begin the day! I returned to Maui looking for a nutritious Brekkie Bowl and was pleased to find that the restaurant is still in operation, but only on Tuesdays at the Wailea Village Market. The owner is accommodating to vegans and the bowls are both delicious and packed with nutrients! Just be sure to ask for no bee pollen if you're fully vegan. It's a fantastic way to kickstart your day!

I visited a charming vegan food truck located in the heart of an industrial park in Kehei. The owner warmly greeted us and gave us a detailed explanation of the menu. They offer a variety of options including cold brew coffee, smoothies, kombucha, and smoothie bowls. We tried the layered smoothie bowls and found them to be incredibly tasty and nutritious.

The restaurant was a bit difficult to locate, but the search was definitely worth it! The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is absolutely amazing. After trying out a few different places, this one ended up being our favorite. Be sure to try the chia seed pudding with layered açaí - it's delicious!
