Brendels Of New York Bagel Eatery

I ordered a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, with some hash browns and an iced tea. Pretty standard order. When I opened the bagel, there was barely any cream cheese. It looked as if someone just wiped a knife off on the bagel and called it a day. I drove up to the store and spoke to three people behind the counter. One kept asking who made the bagel, one said there was cream cheese on it, and one said what 's the problem? There 's cream cheese on it. To his credit, the first person said he 'd remake the sandwich. The Hungry Man and Brownie were great. The fries were a little extra well done almost on the burnt side but still decent. I wish I knew the french vanilla iced coffee was only a flavored coffee that didnt come with actual french vanilla creamer. Overall good prices and good food so would order from here again.

The egg sandwich arrived ICE cold. And that was not the dasher bc he arrived in less than ten minutes. Literally so cold and then the worst was the bagel itself was stale. Horrible. I'll never order from here again. I should be reimbursed it was so bad it was inedible.

Ev was deeelicious!! Exactly as ordered. The bagels and cream cheese were very fresh, the bacon was nice and crisp and not greasy. I'm de ordering again, tonight for delivery tomorrow morning

This place used to have the best bagels around but now the bagels are raw half the time
