Brickhouse Grille - Reservar mesa

My husband and I went there today for just small snacks. He ordered venom flavored wings and I ordered the yard bird chicken tacos. They served me dry tacos pretty much as you can see in the picture. They left off the lettuce and fried jalapeños. I hadto ask for them to bring it out on a separate plate. But why would you serve obviously dry tacos anyways? As a chef, I wouldcheck the food before it goes out. Anyways, my husband?s food was so gross. The sauce was watery! It literally tasted like waterand it wasn?t hot at all for a flavor called venom. The fried jalapeños were the best part of the whole meal. Wish I would?vejust ordered that.

Many of the other reviews are very true. We did have a wait for a party of six on wing night. 75 cent wings. We had the wings, loaded Mac and cheese, Avalanche burger, French bread pizza, corn dog kids, tater tot nachos and the draft of the day with asouvenir glass! Jekyll island draft was the best beer I have ever had. Server was very friendly, attentive and helpful withsuggestions.

Jekyll Island design was the best beer I ever had. Server was very friendly, attentive and helpful with suggestions.

At first was concerned, as the host that was assigned to me never came to check on me. After about 10 minutes, the front of house realized and took care of me for the rest of the time. Her name escapes me, but she was incredibly helpful! AvalancheBurger was as good as you'd expect by the description. Made for a good stop while on the road. Definitely recommend! The wait was a bit long 35 mins and they really weren't at capacity, but they did have a reserved large party arrive shortly after we were seated. The customer service and the food quality was good. It could have been hotter, but it was good. The pricesweren't too bad ranging from 7.95 to 12.99.
