Brooks - Reservar mesa

I’ve been coming to the Brooks for years. It used to be one of the hotspots. Always packed on a Friday/Sat night. Now it’s dead. The lunch hour is the busiest time. Although most of them are friendly the service is pretty bad. It take forever for them to take your orders. Bring you things and check to see if you need a new drink. The bar staff are most often talking to the people sitting at the bar and not paying attention to other guests. I have had to on a few occasions go up and get another drink at the bar because they are too preoccupied chatting. This hotel has great food. But it could definitely be doing so much better business wise if they hired staff that worked and had more than on...

Can't really tell you about an experience as I didn't eat or stay there. I did try to start a relationship with them, but they said no to me. I wish them well though, wish we could of worked together, maybe next time. Noteworthy details: Very quiet the on the day we were there. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

The food here is excellent. The beef dip is phenomenal—just make sure the beef is fresh, as sometimes it can be tough and bleed if you order a special. However, the service tends to be lacking; the waitstaff can be a bit grumpy at times. Overall, I would rate the service a 3 and the location a 3.

I should preface this by saying the entire place is exactly what you want when you walk in the doors, a 5 star experience! butI wouldn’t necessarily recommend I’d as a place to sleep. It’s more of a place to hang out and pass out!

This place is definitely a hidden gem with fantastic food. The steak sandwich was incredible. Jenean's service was outstanding. Overall experience: Service: 5, Location: 2.
