Brother Alec - Reservar uma mesa

My partner and I wanted to come down for a while and decided to finally go for brunch last sunday. We arrived around 2pm. It wasn't too full, not too quiet either. I had the smash avo with bacon, loved it. Loved the addition of the labne and the chickpeas. The bacon was maybe a bit too thin and lean, but I am just neat picking. My partner had the Huevos Rancheros. He wasn't expecting to be like that but loved it. Coffees were also really nice. The extra points go for that insanely delicious house-made habanero sauce (YUM! and the adorable waitress. The service was perfect, we felt like regulars even if it was our first time here, she made us feel so confortable. We will definitely come back...

This local cafe is fantastic. Despite being in a competitive area, Brother Alec always delivers. The food is delicious and the staff are charming and fit in well with the atmosphere. On Saturday mornings, it can be difficult to get a table as hipster couples bring their young children and enjoy items like cold drip coffee, avocado toast, and sourdough while teaching them not to draw on the walls.

I really adore this restaurant. The food and drinks are fantastic, and the staff and management are always so welcoming. The atmosphere attracts a great crowd of people. It's a perfect dining experience all around. I'm coming on April 11th and will be taking my special lady there for breakfast first thing in the morning!

Tried their nachos yesterday and they were just amazing! The best nachos I had in Melbourne so far! Not to forget, the staff was so friendly!! Definitely going there again :

The best lunch I've had in a while. The Parmesan sage polenta was just delicious and beautifully plated up. This is high end restaurant quality food!
