I am a huge boba lover. When I first moved to Rocklin, the city was dry when it came to boba choices. Everything around was poor quality, sugary powder mixed in milk nothing comparable to what I was used to back in the Bay. Then, Bubble University came about and it is the only place I frequent, I come here at least twice per week at minimum.Recently, however, I ordered a drink that requested pearls but the pearls were forgotten. Visited friend in Lincoln yesterday and he took us to this Bubble University after our lunch. He had the 2nd drink in the picture so I dunno how it tasted. We had 2 brown suger organic milk tea and the Lychee slushy. Lychee slushy was doable but the brown suger was basically ALL milk and some brown suger, No tea taste at all. Such a basic drink that shouldn't failed but went to the garbage right away! Thank God I live in an area with full of great boba joint so will never have to encounter this place again! One bothersome note ¬the BS drink comes with the boba but the ordering process with their kiosk only gave choice of no boba?? We had to ask for their help, Super confused!

We love their Thai Tea and Boba drinks, but they are often out of Boba, sometimes the black pearls are soaked in honey and other times clearly not. I order 3x a week. It's seems that you need a system of measurement for your servers. I order 50% sweetness every time and it comes out different every time. Today is was super sweet and I asked them to remake it. Then they added no sugar. When it costs nearly 7 dollars a cup I expect more. I was very disappointed today.

The worst thing about BU is that its in Roseville, and i am in Walnut Creek! I came here with my bestie when I was in the area visiting her and the memory of my drink from here still haunts me... it was DIVINE!! I got a classic brown sugar milk tea with organic milk and I still haven't figured our HOW they made it taste the way they did. It was so good, perfect amount of pearls, perfect amount of ice and sweetness, just absolutely dreamy! Reserve uma mesa agora

By far the best boba in the area, even when compared to many places in the Bay Area. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff puts in a lot of effort to get your order quickly. While you can place your order in person, it’s recommended to order through the website, app, or at the kiosk for better timing and safety.

The Alice in Wonderland was the best tea drink I've ever had. Beautifully crafted, which makes the wait worthwhile. The tea-preparers never really interact with me except to hand me my order but there's nothing wedding with that. This place is always busy and I hope that's the case forever so they'll always bee here.

Great drink menu. I took my family there and everyone ordered something different. We all tried something new and all was good. Only thing I dislike is you don't ever talk to someone to ask questions about menu. It's only online order from store or phone. Hard to customize drinks

Definitely the best boba shop around! Their drinks have a good depth of flavor and taste like high quality. I used to live in the Bay area and this is on par with the best places out there. I come here at least once to twice a week I can't get enough. Reserve uma mesa agora

The taro smoothie with lychee jelly was absolutely delicious! I prefer it with 25% sugar and half the jelly.
