When we were finally seated, we were placed in the back of the restaurant while two other parties were seated closer to the front. I couldn't help but notice that the group in the front was white, had more waiters attending to them, and was about the same size as our group. In contrast, we were given only one waiter and felt like we were being segregated to the back of the restaurant along with other black parties.
The food was mediocre, and when we inquired about vegetables being included in the family-style menu, we were told they were only available on the dinner menu. It was confusing trying to order separately, and my sister-in-law ended up ordering without much clarity.
