It may sound crazy, but this baker has the most delicious bread I've ever eaten. From white to multicorn to black bread, everything is recommended. Especially the East Frisenblack bread. The breads are very high quality and on the grain rolls bakers do not save beech wood as I have already experienced in many other bakeries. I'm also an absolute fan of raisins. A little insider tip from me: Rosin dust, liver sausage and a piece of East Frisenblack bread. A delicious East Friese from Poppinga's old bakery (now tea room). This is the absult racer after a day in the Pilsumer lighthouse when you are quite cold from the rough sea air.
