Buck Owens' Crystal Palace

Disappointing! Took my out of state guests here for a unique country dinner experience, or so I thought. It WAS unique, but in a sad way! We ordered at 8:45 and the food arrived at 10:15! The Fillet minion that I wanted medium rare turned out rare (****). Mashed potato was barely warm, and no green beans; the waitress said they had ran out of it! One of us ordered an additional glass of wine which was never served. I can?t believe I paid almost $200 for three dishes served in such an awful way! But that?s not all; the day after, I called to talk to the manager. It went on voicemail but it wouldn?t receive any message! So much for responsiveness! I haven't been there for many years because I don't live in CA anymore, so I was wonderful to be back. Went with my friend Steve and his family, met some old friends there and we had a blast!! The band Stampede was fantastic!! They played a long series of songs. Everyone was up and dancing and had a great time. The food was delicious and I had a lot of beer. Everyone was so nice and friendly. So fun to see all Bucks memoribia again. I left great memories when my mother and my father went with me for years. So much fun. Loves this place and Buck Owens and The Crystal Palace and Bakersfield. Go there. You'll love it too.

I love this place. Still the same beautiful environment and the people are all quiet good place to relax, have a nice dinner and some dancing. The chicken fried steak was still when I remembered it one of my favorite dishes. Not only that the nacho fries excellently. The drinks have been made right, not much more to say, but go there and see what I mean for yourself.

The service is very good. All requests were met within a contemporary mansion. The food was delicious. They picked me up by giving me a vegan Pesto Penne Pasta with artichokes and mushrooms. It was a big part and I ate everything. 8/10. The music was beautiful and even if it only played music videos, I found it as a nice conversation theme.

Buck Owens Crystal Palace. I'm so glad they're reopened. I have this place absolutely LOVE . The food was GREAT. I can't remember the name of my waitress that she was great. They also had great music, the Stampede was GREAT. I can't wait to return.
